These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoinDuck website, analytics platform, and all associated content, features, and services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by CoinDuck (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

CoinDuck is an institutional-grade analytics platform for crypto exchanges and decentralized exchanges, providing real-time market data, protocol analytics, on-chain metrics, portfolio tracking, and trading intelligence across leading ecosystems including Hyperliquid, Aster, EdgeX, and Lighter. The Service aggregates and displays publicly available blockchain data for informational and analytical purposes only.

These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To access or use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is strictly for your personal, non-commercial use unless you enter into a separate agreement with us for commercial use.

• Total Value Locked (TVL) and protocol metrics
• Fees and revenue tracking across ecosystems
• Trader profiles and portfolio analytics
• On-chain data analytics and market intelligence
• News, insights, and other informational content

The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or data

The Service may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Data is provided “as is” and should not be relied upon without independent verification. You acknowledge that blockchain data is inherently public and that CoinDuck does not control the underlying blockchains.

CoinDuck does not provide financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any cryptocurrency, token, or financial instrument.

COINDUCK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. COINDUCK MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.
